Why Cant I Get Pregnant?
What a hauntingly painful, yet
heartfelt question "Why cant I get pregnant?" that many breathe in silence! (Women and men alikeā¦!) It
might surprise you to find out and hear that you are not alone in this ‘quest’.
This question rings especially, true for those not able to conceive or individuals
and couples, having trouble getting pregnant naturally. If doing so the old-fashioned way, naturally, as Mother
Nature intended is NOT working as it is supposed to, the doubts, guilt and introspective questioning starts almost
automatically.
These processes can be extremely and highly tricky, elusive and utterly complex,
disconcerting at the best (and worst!), of times, for both women AND (not!) surprisingly for MEN too!
The answer to this seemingly perplexing question is layered and multi-faceted.
Even with regular periods, menstrual and ovulation cycles, timed sexual intercourse, doing all things right, why is
that not all couples conceive and get pregnant naturally? Then there are the questions about what to do? How do you
go about finding out why and take the appropriate steps, make decisions and move forward? What are the next steps,
not only known what, why and how, but also the answers and action plan as to so what and what now?
Trouble getting pregnant or conceiving naturally, can have many causes and
contributing factors. It could involve one partner or both (men and/or women). It could be physical, bio-medical,
anatomical, male/female or both related, even emotional, environmental toxins, stressors and psychological factors,
even disease and compromised immunity that could be throwing a spanner into the works.
Healthy eating, well-being and living actively, might not be enough or offer a
guarantee of a healthy, natural pregnancy, resulting in the birth of a baby down the line. But, why is that? Is
this just nature’s way to play cruel or hard ball?
How often, when and for how long have you been trying to get pregnant? Is it time
to get and seek help with it, look for possible problems and/or causes? If you have been trying for less than 6
months, infrequently having sex, not timing it to ovulation, then you should keep trying more and a little longer,
with a plan! (not leaving it up to random luck or chance per se)
Mature, advanced age parents (men/women: 35-40 +) need to take a closer look at
all of this, its risks, challenges and realities, including potential infertility and more difficult preparation
and trying to get pregnant without assistance. Blockages, obstructions, underlying medical realities and physical
problems, even with those in perfect health might still struggle to get pregnant naturally.
Beat the odds and statistics of having lower chances of conceiving naturally
post-ideas child-bearing age for both men and women, by taking better/best possible care of yourself, your body and
your reproductive health.
The miracle of pregnancy and new life creation is not impossible, but sometimes
difficult. Ban fear, trial and error, making the most of BOTH partners’ contributions, systems, health, body,
cycles and timing, while reducing health risk, defects and even miscarriage and other health
complications.
Taking control actively and pro-actively into your own productive health and future
is probably best NOT left up to third parties! Embrace nutrition and healthier living, not desperation, frustration
and/or lack of knowledge, uninformed decision-making. The real key is the proper preparation all-round!
